Rewinding machine

Supertek rewinders and spoolers are characterised by high precision, especially when rewinding thin wire.

The wound coils get an excellent winding result with precise winding patterns. Even the most sensitive and finest wires can be sensitively unwound and automatically rewound exactly on various types of spools.

Depending on the requirements, the rewinding system can be configured with single or multiple winders and further systems between the rewinding process. For respooling, the rewinding machine can be equipped with the standard ED-, MW- or SW- class winders. In addition, Supertek's special machine engineering department also offers customized rewinding machines with additional functions.
